Before founding The People Framework LLC, Genoveva held senior HR roles where she built and scaled people operations from the ground up, managed open enrollment for hundreds of employees, and guided leadership teams through complex employee relations matters. Her work has consistently translated into measurable outcomes: reduced payroll errors, improved compliance posture, and stronger employee retention.
